In March this year, Crediton Bowling Club arranged a one day Groundsman Course by Pitchcare and opened the day up to other Devon Clubs. We had four groundsmen from all over devon, plus our own 3 greenkeepers at the course. The day was well conducted by Martin Sampson, a trainer with many years of experience in the subjuect. We provided lunch and refreshments during the day and everyone declared it was a worthwhile exercise and, to quote "a bit of an eye opener" in some aspects! They all passed the course with flying colours and will be getting their signed certificates soon. WELL DONE LADS....
